Denny Ash is the newest member of Melanie and the Jam Boyz. A lover of Progressive Rock, Funk, R & B, and the Blues, this renowned bassist sites Stevie Wonder and Steely Dan among some of his influences. Denny adds a rich thickness to the band's songlist with his precision on the bass. In addition to his attributes, Denny adds lead and background vocals to the band with his great harmonies. A member of local bands for more than 25 years, Denny plays all styles of music. In addition to his expertise on the bass, Denny is a fluent percussionist, playing drums for more years than he can even remember.
