With a background in Opera and Musical Theater, Melanie opted for a career in Top 40, Motown and the Classics after college and 12 years of private voice. Melanie has appeared in over 75 theatrical productions nationwide including touring with The Gilbert and Sullivan Light Opera Company. Perhaps her most memorable performances were those in Las Vegas where she sang in 10 showrooms. Melanie says she has always wanted to sing but thinks of herself as an entertainer rather than just a singer. According to Melanie, "It’s not just delivering a song, but making an audience happy that really makes it so worthwhile. I love the theatrics of what I do. If I can bring a smile to someone's face, I have done my job." Melanie is a regular performer at the Professional Football Hall of Fame events every year.
